Learners will be individually assessed by a licensed board certified behavior analyst (BCBA, LBA) to determine strengths and areas of need. Skill areas will be identified and goals created by the BCBA, LBA to target the areas of need in a variety of empirically verified behavioral methodologies. Client and family preferences as well as developmental appropriateness will be part of the goal development process in addition to the standardized assessment. Direct instruction will be administered by a certified behavior technician (CBT). Supervision of the CBT will be provided by the BCBA, LBA as well as oversight of the program and progress.
